Something is still missing

Well, the printer was build and printing fine, but one important thing was still missing. Even if the printer is silent, it’s still a printer and it’s more quiet in the enclosure. Second for ABS an enclosure is highly recommended, I would call it mandatory.

So the search began again, this time for an inexpensive enclosure.

How everything began

This is my story from a growing desire to almost daily printing.

I was always building something at home. Sometimes I required any kind of enclosures or boxes. For bigger parts a wood is a good source, but it’s really hard to make a nice looking small ones.

This gap was meant to be filled by a 3D printer.

About me

This page is dedicated to my most recent spare time activities, 3D printing. I started in 2016 with it and since then using it a lot. I found it very useful for creating tools, boxes and all the other small parts. But the most impressive feature is to design something on a PC and hold the real thing almost immediately in your hands. The future is near.
